If you are on the keto diet, chances are you are looking for some quick, healthy lunches to make. Well, you have come to the right place: check out our recipe ideas for some inspiration. We have included recipes of all types to satisfy and delight you, in hopes that it leads you to try something new. Best of all, they are quick and easy, just what you want!

For the uninitiated, the keto diet is a high-fat, low-carb and moderate-protein diet. It forces the body to burn fats, as opposed to carbohydrates. Diets are rich in seafood, vegetables, cheese, avocadoes, meat, eggs, coconut oil and Greek yogurt. Highly processed foods, such as snacks and desserts, are not consumed.

Now that we have gotten an overview, let us get started!

1: Low-Carb Sandwich Lunchbox

Nix the carbs and wrap cheese and deli meat over itself, securing with toothpicks. Serve with veggies, olives and apples, yum!

2: Chicken and Veggie Lunch Meal

Cauliflower and broccoli salad is the side dish for this hot sauce, almond, avocado and lemon juice-topped chicken. The marinade gives it so much flavor that you will not miss carbs. Fennel and a lighter, vegan take on mayo jazz things up.

3: Keto Cobb Salads

Avocado, hardboiled egg, tomato and bacon are tossed with keto ranch dressing for a satisfying lunch. Put the dressing in a small container, and meal prep this the night before to save yourself some time.

4: Thai Curry Soup

Chili paste, coconut milk and fresh vegetables give this soup plenty of flavor. Serve with additional cut veggies on the side for a complete meal. Warning: Thai chili paste can be spicy, so use sparingly if that is not what you are into.

5: Low-Carb Keto Chili

This comforting bowl is made even better with shredded cheese, avocado and Greek yogurt. A serving may be just what you need when there is a chill in the air. Put it in a soup container to help it stay warm in time for lunch.

6: Keto Tuna Salad

Great over a green salad, this tuna salad features salt and pepper, mayonnaise, the “real stuff,” pepper and onion flakes, that is it. For fewer calories, make sure you select a tuna that is not packed in any kind of oil, such as olive.

7: Cheesy Keto Taco Bites

Spicy taco meat and cheese make these egg and coconut flour ‘bites’ the real deal. Taco seasoning and cream cheese put a new twist on the classic Tex-Mex bite.

8: Keto Club Sandwich

Cheddar cheese, iceburg lettice tomato, bacon, deli turkey, ham and mayo create your favorite sandwich, sans-bread. Just remember the toothpicks to hold everything together!

9: Vegan Keto Tikka Masala

Cauliflower, cumin, garam masala, ginger and more take this Indian dish up a notch. Serve with cauliflower rice or another favorite side. It is almost as good as the classic version.

10: Vegan Keto Eggplant Lasagna

Thanks to eggplant, you can still enjoy this dish. Vegan mozzarella, plant-based milk, keto marinara and plenty of parsley make this a must-serve dish for lunch or dinner. The leftovers pack well for a midday meal.

Get in the keto swing of things with these recipes. Try them out and savor them during your lunch break, you deserve it!
