At least one tasty variety of squash is available year-round, whether it’s autumn, winter, spring, or summer. There is a wide variety of delicious squashes to choose from, including the traditional spaghetti squash and butternut, as well as the acorn, kabocha, zucchini, and pumpkin.
Squash is not only a deliciously sweet and savory addition to your meal. It’s an excellent source of vitamins, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. Here are some of our favorite ways to prepare squash, which will always provide you with a dish that is smooth, calming, and packed with health benefits.
