10+ Mother’s Day Dinner Recipes
Recipe #1: Melt in Your Mouth Chicken
Basic chicken breast is transformed in this recipe, which includes mayo, Parmesan, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Parmesan is most flavorful when a cheese block is used, so get one and grate cheese over the top. This dish can also be prepared up to a day in advance, so you can prepare the topping, store it in the fridge and toss it over chicken when you are ready to cook it. Make sure the chicken is thawed before you try to cook with it, too! Top with herbs or green onions.
Recipe #2: Asparagus, Tomato and Feta Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Veggies are always a good addition to any dinner, and especially a Mother’s Day dinner, where things can get indulgent. The dressing, which has balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper, makes the dish unique and ties everything together.
Recipe #3: Mississippi Pot Roast
A decadent pot roast with meat that is tender and easy to cut? Yes, please! Chuck roast, Au Jus gravy mix, salt and pepper and Peppercorini Peppers and juice make for a delicious roast. Note that the peppers bring a hint of spiciness to the dish, so those that are spice-adverse might want to use a different element, like onions, in this.
Recipe #4: Pan Seared Steak Recipes
Garlic and rosemary-infused butter makes this pan seared steak even more juicy. Serve with green beans, mashed potatoes and plenty of wine for indulgent dinner ideas.
